Episode 13:
Spirituality is Returning to Yourself: Micro-Boundaries, Energy, and Self-Reflection
with Corie Chu, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Numerologist, Intuitive Energy Healer
What if spirituality wasn't 'woo woo' at all?
Lindsay sits down with Corie Chu – intuitive energy healer, Reiki Master Teacher, and numerologist – for a grounding conversation about what spirituality actually is (and what it’s not). They explore how spirituality has been overcomplicated by rigid rules and “shoulds,” and why the most powerful practices are often the simplest and most personal – anything that helps you feel anchored, honest, and connected to yourself. Corie shares her journey from the entertainment industry to healing work, how overgiving and suppressed emotions can live in the body, and why healing can’t be rushed. The conversation also covers boundaries as a spiritual practice – especially in collectivist cultures -introducing Corie’s concept of micro-boundaries, numerology as a tool for awareness (not destiny), and why courageous self-reflection is one of the most transformative practices available to us.

“Spirituality can be anything. It could be anything that helps you connect with yourself in a deeper way. It’s whatever helps you connect to a truer side of yourself where you can be honest with yourself.”
